How do I best integrate and Excel workbook with a website for data capture?

Question:

I have a fairly significant sized Excel workbook that I would like to make available to individuals through a website. The purpose of the workbook would be to allow them to enter various variables and see the results after it manipulates their data. Due to the nature of some of the formulas and the amount of effort and intellectual property contained, I would like to limit their output to a printed copy, pdf or similar, not allowing an electronic download of the full workbook.

I have had a couple people mention using Sharepoint, but neither was familiar enough to know for certain.

Any thoughts out there?
