Missing Wizard

Somehow I've lost my Access Wizard. Not too serious unless it also controls word wrap in Publisher (which does not work for me).
I use Windows XP and Office 2003.
Any suggestions?

Can you do a reinstall..I thought the setup wizard from the install disk would prompt to do a repair (which can sometimes install missing components) ?
