Good morning guys. Is there a way to convert a JPEG file to an XLS file so
I can use the file in Excel? The JPEG file is in columns and I would like to use the columns in Excel. Thanks for any help with this.
I can scan the JPEG file but I do not know how to convert it to an XLS file.

If you have any OCR software with your scanner that might be able to extract the text which, I guess, is as good as you'll get. A bit of cutting and pasting could then get the data into Excel.

There might be some clever software out there but I wouldn't be confident using it myself; I think you would have to check very carefully that it had got the right result and it might end up more trouble than it was worth.

Thanks for the help. I found the software but the cost was around $200.00 US. Tooooooooooooooo much for me and what I wanted to do.
