why do you specifically need wordpad?
Is Word not suitable?

No no at this case because it resaves XML in its own scheme and then this xml is not the same as I would wanted
Any ideas how can I do that??

As far as I know it can't be done.

I can run wordpad with shell but I guess that is all you can do with shell or what??
And I have found a solution that I think gives me same results
I opened a file with Format:=wdOpenFormatUnicodeText
Now it seems like word does not replace file with its scheme

To be perfectly honest I am completely lost! You are trying to do something - I'm not sure what - and firing off questions that don't really make sense out of context.
For example, opening what as unicode text gives you the same results as what?
