Email text lookup

I wondered if someone could give me a few pointers on something I'm looking into. I want the user to be able to highlight some text in an email, right click and be able to select an option to look up info relating to that text.

What would be the easiest way to do this as I'm not too sure how I would add a new item to the right click dialogue box?

I'd really appreciate some advice.
