EDIT: Issue Resolved: I just solved this problem the hard way (manually changed everything)
I have created a very large Power Point presentation (10+ MB) with many complex imbedded media.
The media files were saved under:
C:\Documents and Settings\....\Media Folder
Problem:
Now when I move my presentation & onto a CD or Pen drive, It will not play with the media elements.
Turns out that the embedded media elements were linked with their original file locations.
Q:
Is there a way that I can quickly de-associate these locations with all the media files in PPT? They still have the same "file names" but will need to have be in a different folder.
Q:
Shouldn't PPT be able to function by using just the "file" name without any need for "file location"?
Please comment if you can help in any way.
Thank you.
