Color cells

I have a worksheet with a color code (10 - 56) in the second column. If cell in column 1 contains "name" and cell in column 3 until column x (last column containing a value) in the same row contains a value (>0) than the cell color should be the same as the color code value in column 3. Attached a simplified version of my workbook.

Any help is highly appreciated.

Can you modify the uploaded file, and give an example of the desired result on the 2nd worksheet? It's unclear for me, what your goal is.
