I don't think that MS offers VBA for download. It should be included in their Office Applications (those that support it). Do you mean VB?

Note: VB <> VBA
VB = Visual Basic
VBA = Visual Basic for Applications

VBA 6.40 is available for free download for MSDN subscribers. Wondering when we can get our hands on it

I assume you understand this is aimed at those that have an application they would like to add vba functionality to; I've worked for two places that followed this route with varying success.

The SDK is $7, after learning what it can bring you you enter into technical support with Microsoft. I have no idea what the licencing model is after that.
