Thanks for your post back. In the sample I only gave 5 or 6 rows worth of info. My data is actually several hundred rows D3:D200. For this application I think code will be the only way to go. I have tried formula's to try to get the desired results with no luck. If you look at the original data - the quantity falls on a Friday with nothing from Monday - Thursday. My data goes out like that until the end of May. That is why the macro finds the first 0 then counts down until a value >0 is found. This breaks the main quantity down to a somewhat managable size yet I would be over producing by 33% or so.
