Query showing problem

Dear All

I 'm creating a report based on query. The query structre is as follow.

Emp No Emp Name Forms Read Incentive:([Forms Read]) * 10
Group By Group By Count Group By

As I run the report the field Forms read shows empty. How I display the contents of this field?

Whenever I run the qury its runs fine but in report it is empty.

Please solve the problem.

What is populating that field when you run the query instead of the report?

If it is reading from a FORM, you have to have the FORM open as well at the time.

The words Form and Forms are reserved words in Access and should be changed to something else. It is quite possible the use of this word is causing you issues.
