Save Table as .mdb

I have the following table - see attached file

I was wondering if there is a way to copy only the table:

Columns = 8
Row = unknown - must be able to find last active cell

and save it as a .mdb file (is it also possible to ask the user what he would liek to call the new mdb file?)

You can link an excel worksheet to an Access database as a table, if that helps.

Thanks rory but really need a brand new mdb file created - if it is possible
