General Mail Failure

My job recently upgraded to office 2007 and whenever you try to send a word document or excel document to email, we are getting a "General Mail Failure. Please Restart Excel and try again." Anybody know what might be causing this?

Yes I have had this problem since march and I opened up a ticket with Microsoft. they spent 2 months trying different things and then concluded that this is a bug and therefore refunded me my money for the support ticket. They said it would get fixed in SP1 which was to be out in June but that did not happen until 12-12-07. I installed SP1 and problem is not resolved. I just reopened the case with Microsoft and they will attempt to fix the issue.
