hy guys...

me again ... and again my questions :p...

but i'm nerveous about this question, becouse something in this excel is anoying me...

when i open my workbook and click on some button this button then calls a userform in which a put some values and this values are then placed in another workbook... this must be so... but the problem is that when i want to put those values in there ... i have to first open that workbook activate the right sheet uprotect it and then paste the values... and becouse my userform takes 3 values it opens me that workbook and flashes three times while transfering those data in there  ...

is there any posibility to put those values without open that specific workbook=?? but not the unvisible one -- becouse that is not helping me realy much...

hope i don't ask to complicated questions...and someone can help me

so thanks in forward...

Not if the sheet is protected you can't.

and if the sheet wouldn't be protected???

it is protected acttually becouse it is open during this all procedure and no one can change data ... but if it would be closed its good also ...

Then you could use ADO to write to named ranges, but it is far simpler to just open it.
