Empty Cells in Pivot Table

Is there a way to extract the empty cells from a pivot table? I am trying to find "missing" items. For example, I should have one item from each person for each day. If Jack doesn't update the database for Thursday, in the pivot table, the cell would be empty. I would like to create a list of all of the missing days for each person. I've attached an example of the data.
