I have four columns labeled
Name, Days Out, Pay Lost, Incentive
I would like to use a sumproduct and sumif formula for each name. I have four names, Tommy, Bobby, Ricky Lance.
I would like to do something like
sumproduct(days out: pay lost)/sumif(paylost, ">0", incentive) for each person Tommy, Booby, Ricky, and Lance. The problem is I cannot specify in the sumproduct and sumif that I only want to use the values that correspond to that one person. I have attached a picture and the excel. cells h3:i6 are the values that the vba function or equation should calculate.
