Delete a post AFTER having posted it

Can this be done?
The EDIT button has a ControlTipText that says <Edit/Delete Message> but after pressing it the choices are <Save>,<GoAdvanced>,<Cancel> and the <Go Advanced> does not have a <Delete> option.

I guess it's an Admin utility
