Value of the "Application.Version" property

I'm new here and thanks for your help in advance :)

I want to detect the version of the running MS Office, I know that I can read the value of the property "Application.Version", in MS WORD 2003, that value is "11.0". My question is, if the Windows locale setting uses comma symbol instead of the period symbol like in some Europe countries, is the value still "11.0"? Or it will return "11,0"? Thanks.

The value is a string, not a number, and is not affected by regional settings so it will always be 11.0 (for 2003).
