Is there a Reactor or such for VBA-events?

Hi,

I've just posted one question here so far and the result was fenomenal! Thanks again. Now I have had a dream; (I do dream of mundial pleasures as well)

Is there a way to trigger a Subroutine when an event happens in the main Application? Say I'd like VBA to change the ControlTipText on a Userform if it is initialized without having to add this "event" to the Form's Code? Is this at all possible?

What is the event here? You can easily change the controltiptext when the form starts, when a button is cahnged or whatever, no special application events are needed.
