Solved: example of using listobject

Hi

I was wondering if anyone had come across some decent code examples for creating a ListObject in Excel and manipulating data using ListRows and the Range and other proerties and events of this object.

I tried a few searches but didnt come up with anything decent and I find the best way to learn is to read code
