How to write data captured in a form into a table

How can I that data captured be copied or written to a table ?

With your Form, right-click on the very top-left of the form, and select Properties, select the Tab called Data - with the row called DataSource(top row) click the ComboButton and select the table you have already built. A List should pop up of all fields in your table - from here Drag-and-Drop your table fields to your new form.

I don't see the table I created. Has the table be created in a specific way ?
