Helloo

Dear all i have one worksheet which is my P&L statement. Now the matter is i have some expenses which is starting from A13:A190 and values in C13:C190. Now if you see this worksheet there are some (0) zero values. If i print this report i take 2 pages. I want to creat a button in macros where i can hide and unhide the rows. Pls helo to solve this issue. But one thing i just want to hide and unhide......

Why not just autofilter the column, and filter out the zero values?

Babar Rashee,

Please look at the thread: http://www.vbaexpress.com/forum/showthread.php?t=17605

User franknyea wanted to hide rows that had no data in certain columns. Perhaps a variation on the code in that case will help you hide rows and unhide rows.

Thanks,
