Unable to read file

Dear Sir,

When I try to open attached excel file then it show error message as
"unable to read file"

Please help

I tried opening it can kinda see what happened right off.

The last time someone used it, Excel crashed from an error. Excel, by default, goes through an auto-recovery process that usually saves most information.

Your book, however, looks like the auto-recover process was interrupted as some initial information is corrupted. Try opening it again and choosing "Recover Contents of Workbook". This will open your workbook in Tab Delineated form, meaning every bit of your formatting is gone, but at least you have your information.
