Meeting Request Form

I think this may be an impossible task, but I still would like to post the question here.

When we invite many people to a meeting, there are responses as "accepted", "tentative" or "declined". It is too difficult to find who accepted and who don't.

So, the question is
1. is it possible to set a "view": "accept" in green, "tentative" in yellow... like conditional format in Excel
2. or is there a way to filter or sort the response
