I am wondering is it possable to disable the access toolbar so that users can only use what buttons you provide in the db form(s)
and how to do it, i have searched the net and could only find how to hide menuefloaties
and so there limit confusion, the toolbar I want to disable is the one that appear every time you open access or any DB (File, edit, view, tools, window, help, and if I forgot any those buttons too :"p") across the top of the screen)

This may not be what you want but it is one way to do it:

Forgot: You can also disable menus in the tools menu:
Tools>Startup
In 2007 it is located in
Microsoft Office Button>Access Options>Current Database
Holding down the shift Key when loading the database negates the settings.
