Using Access 2003 of skipping used labels, the preview indicates the correct position of the labels, but when it is printed it does not start at the correct place. I down loaded the ms example and it also shows the correct placement when skipped but also prints from the first label on the label sheet. This is driving me nuts.

Hi there,

On the subject of printing mailing labels i would have to admit i have never really had much luck. I use to spend more time messing around with the printer than getting labels printed. In the end i decided to give up on the whole DIY approach and i found a british labels company instead who printed my mailing labels (http://www.selfadhesivelabels.com/products.html) out for me, they saved me so much hassle.

This is just a band-aid suggestion, but if you need to print your labels right now you could always:

create a query or report that contains the records you want to create labels for
export the data to excel
create your label layout in Word
Create a mail-merge document, using the spreadsheet as recordsource
print labels

Hi Ron!

I see you are still :banghead: your head trying to get the code to work. I too would like to see a solution, so if any MVPs are in the area feel free to chime in. For some more background on this problem see this thread.
