In Outlook, when an email is replied or forwarded, the email head of the previous one will become normal email text. Email address in previous email become normal text too. We cannot access it by double click anymore. (I hate this!)
However, we can set the email format that the previous emaill to be indented.
Does that mean there is away to differential latest email in a conversation?
