Solved: Word get data from Access

Hi guys,

I have read this article, by MOS MASTER
Get contacts data via DAO to document

But all the data from Access, in the worddoc is shown twice.

How do I remove the bookmarks, so that the data only is shown once?

Hi Lucas,

Not really. :) There are two columns in the doc. "Bookmarks" and "Fields(Dups)" and I would like to get rid of the column "bookmarks". See attached image.

Hi Fox,
I don't think you are understanding that the code you are using requires the bookmarks that are on the left. What you see on the right side of the page are just fields that are duplicated from the data imported to the bookmarks....

You can do away with the fields on the right and move your bookmarks over to the right if that will help.

Ahaa!! I see! I completely misunderstood the usage of the bookmarks. Doh :)
