Mail to macro

Hi Experts

Need a macro to email any workbook the user selects and mail this to a select number of individuals at a particular time of the working day. Once the workbook has been received by the choosen people, they can only access it/open it via a password.

If you want to tackl this yourself then you will have to start with the first step and work throught it one step at a time.

For instance, how will the workbooks be selected? Will the be listed in cells or will you browse to a folder and select them, etc.......
