I have a macro that formats invoices, my problem is that after i save my file the size is over 3mb, but if i do it manualy, size is no more than 80kb :banghead:
Why is this happening and how do i fix this?
I'm using excel 2003.

Why don't you create your invoices from a pre-formatted template?

I would guess that the formatting you are doing I guess with a macro because you don't tell us is formatting much more area or a bigger range, etc.

lucas (http://www.vbaexpress.com/forum/member.php?u=223), that's what i used to do manualy, then i just made up a macro that does everything 0-100%. Anyway, you are correct, i had to select all blank (at least thats what they look like) cells and delete them.
