Save as .txt

Hello all,

I'm new to VBA, I have a lot of excel files in a folder that I need to save as text file. (*.txt). The text files should have the same name as the excel file. Please help... I've tried a few other ways my friends suggested they don't seem to work out. Thanks in advance.
