Does anyone know of a way to prevent a user from opening a workbook if they disable macros?

Trombre, it is not possible to stop them opening the workbook if macro's aren't enabled but it is possible to prevent functionality and force a blank page to be displayed. Look at this Kb item (http://vbaexpress.com/kb/getarticle.php?kb_id=578)
