Pivot table to NOT summarize data?

I have a data sheet with information I would like to send out for people to verify. There are columns in there that are hierarchy, so they can pick their own team to verify the data.

Is it possible to setup a pivot table and just show the raw results?

Example, say I want to just drill down by manager, and see the people and their information , without counts, sums, avg, just showing straight data ... is that possible?

example sheet setup :

employeeid, name, id1, salary, manager.

AFAIK you have to have a Data field, but you could use employeeid as a Row value and as a Data value and it will show "Count of".

YOu could always hide that column if you want
