Solved: UserForm turtorial

I am looking for a tutorial to tell me how I can put 3 input boxes a checkbox and then an ok and cancel box. I dont want to bother anyone here with it, but i cant find anything good on google.

Why not, that's what we are here for? What happens when you hit ok and what does the checkbox do?

Do you have the knowledge to create the userform.....to add the textboxes and the checkbox and buttons?

PS. I don't know of a good tutorial for this or I would point you at it.
