Solved: Sumproduct (Formula not working correctly)

Hi,

I have attached a sheet to show what I am trying to do here and I have left in any formulas that I am currently using.

There are 2 sheets "Process 2" and sheet 3

Within sheet 3 there is a list of dates in column B
Columns C, D & E should do the following

If it is greater than the first date in column B but less than the date in the next cell then count all the appropriate cells in Process 2.

Firstly, the SUMPRODUCT that I am using is not working correctly and secondly, I would ideally like it to only count the ones that are a process 2
