Transfer list elements to another

I have a form with two list. I want to transfer element from one list to another.

I assume that you are trying to match up Fields, I have this Excel Import routine which does a bit more than you want as it takes the values from 2 lists and combines them in a third, but I am sure you can just use the parts that want.
It also has some very useful Browsing and Import routines as a bonus. :)
