What I am trying to do is create a shortcut icon that will open a task that will be submitted to a public task folde ron the exchange server.
Basically I just want a user on the network to click an icon and the task will already be pointed where it needs to go in a shared folder instead of in their own exchange folder.
I know how to make the shortcut so it goes into their own but can't figure out how to pass it to the exchange server.
Would this be possible with a shortcut or is there another VBA method I should be using instead?
