I have a document that needs Section Headings automatically numbered with a title in the line below centered at the top of a page ie:

Schedule 1
Definitions

For the numbering level, I have it set as Heading Level 7 and the Schedule is the text that appears in the Bullets and Numbering Dialog box. I also have it followed by a tab mark as I want the Definitions title to appear in the TOC.

The problem is resolved if you remove all default tab stops - I have done that using VBA and it appears properly in the TOC, this however gives rise to another problem.... There are no tabs in the rest of the document !!

Is there a way to remove default tabs from a section of a document or does it have to be done globally - or is there any other way I can get the Schedule and the Title to appear in the TOC with a tab between them other than using the TC field code to mark them. I have around 150 lawyers using these documents and I need to make them idiot proof!! :help

Any help would really be appreciated!

Regards.
