BCC with hidden message

Does anyone know how I could provide the ability to send a private message along with an original email to only the person I am blind carboning?

I am 99.99% sure that not only does that capability not exist in outlook it does not exist in any commercial mail client. You could use vba to roll your own, but it would be a significant effort.

There's an add-in that does it (can't post the link, of course), just thought it might not be that bad to set up my own app.
