Hi All,

Each time I run a macro I receive a warning message advising that 'Excel can not complete the task with available resources. Please close down other applications and try again'

If I click the OK button in the message the macro continues, but the message keeps coming up and stopping the process until I click OK.

Any thoughts??

Thanks,

Marshybid

Memory issue? It seems like your computer isn't capable of handling the macro you wrote in your workbook.

Try to delete a file called Excel11.xlb. in your Documents & Settings folder, under ..\Application Data\Microsoft\Excel\

I would suggest making a backup copy before deleting any files........

I would suggest making a backup copy before deleting any files........

Very well suggested, and exactly what I did :rotlaugh:

Deleting the file didn't help this particular problem. have reinstated the original file now, I'll have to look for the specific reason this happening... Machine has 2Gb of Ram and I'm not running anything else??!!

I will mark this thread as solved.

Thanks to all,

Marshybid

Please explain what this is meant to achieve.
