I also cross-posted this here:
http://www.utteraccess.com/forums/showflat.php?Cat=&Board=8&Number=1661940&page=0&view=collapsed&sb=5&o=&fpart=1
User that in question is using Office 2003 Professional, and Adobe Acrobat 7.0.
Database in question is secured. User is a read-only user.
Database is opened in runtime mode.
When the user opens the database he gets about apx 20-30 errors on opening warning him he is not in exclusive mode. Eventually I figured out that (for whatever reason) this error was being caused when the Acrobat PDFMaker addin tried to put in it's toolbar. As I workaround I unregistered PDF Maker (PDFMOfficeAddin.dll) with regsvr32 but that turns it off for all office products period.
Does anyone know of a way to make these two play nice?
