Solved: Restrict Menus & Right Click Menus & short keys

I need a macro to :

a) Disable the right click menu
b) Remove the commands in the menu for Copy . Cut & Paste,
c) Remove all icons on the tool bar which allow copy cut & paste

the idea is to prevent the user from copying , cutting and pasting data in the worksheet called "CPMDARA"

can anyone help
