combo box help

Hi,

having a bit of a difficulty using combo box created from the forms toolbar.

I have defined the range I want to use but I don't want the combo box to output serial numbers. for Example if "Cat" is the first item I don't want the combobox to return 1, I want it to return another value - 6, and so on.

How do I do that?

Have another cell with a formula that converts the actual combobox index according to your rules, and then use that cell value.
