Produce charts with range containing formula

I need help on this topic...again.

I tried to record a macro to create chart but the output is not as expected, where my chart does not show the title for each column...

I tried to copy the range 1st to another sheet but since the range is in formula it cannot be copied.

Can someone help me? I attach the sample table and the result i hope to get...

The chart should be like the "result" worksheet...including the value.

I tried copying the value from the percentage cell but since it contains formula i cannot place the values at other cell...

then i tried this:

ActiveCell.FormulaR1C1 = "=R[-31]C[-10]"

and i can place the percentage at different cell but still I cannot sort the value to do pareto chart...similar to problem above because its a formula.

is there a way we can copy just the data..like just the number "98%" and not the formula "=AE5" .

I hope to find a way to sort the data and make a chart from it :)
