pivot table and MS Queries

hello,

I have 3 worksheets that i consolidate in 1 unique database using MS Queries.

I have a seires of account with a maximum allocation perf region /(asia, japan, europe...) and per product (equities, bonds...)

I managed to display the holdings (center of the pivot table) on the account per region (left of the pivot table) with a breakdown per account and date (top of the pivot table).

so now I have the amounts held by the clients in USD terms by region and by asset class.

now I need, in addition to that, to show how much these investments represent in % of the total (for each account) and it represents with regards to the maximum that is allowed to have invested per region and per product.


and I actually have no idea on how to do that...

can anyone shed some light on this for me please??
