I need help with another project. I have a spreadsheet that if a value between 12 and 15 is typed into B1 then the spreadsheets is updated by recalculating for each month. I have a CUM line that I want to surpress if the number in B1 is 12 meaning the last three months showing zero on the chart the line just stops at Sep. and if I type 13 into B1 then the CUM line stops at Oct and so on for 14 and 15.

Sean,
Use NA() instead of " " for the False condition (could also do that instead of 0 on planned).

That works, but it leaves that NASTY #N/A in the cells. Is there a way to show a blank cell insted of #N/A?

Conditionally format it with a white font.
