Open each one, get the data, copy it to one one, and close them all.

jackal_yap, do you always request assistance in this manner?

As XLD has kindly suggested, you need to show some evidence that you have tried to overcome this issue that you are referring to. What have you done to date?

One method of doing so, is to turn your macro recorder on and then copy each file into your master, save the master then stop the recorder.

Then go to the macro and have a look at the code it produced. Its highly probable that the code can be made more efficient, and we might be in a position to assist you in this matter, once you have done this.

Statements, such as "I want one!"..... will normally cause people operating here on the forum to simply bypass your request for assistance. Please consider that everyone here does so in a voluntary basis, and as such, are entitled to respect.

Hi

Here is the Excel file with vba codes to combine any number of files of same format and saved in a particular folder. Please unzip; save all the files to the sub directory; and then run the macro in the excel.

Hope this helps

Tks
Gary
