I am sending an email from within my Excel macro using ActiveWorkbook.FollowHyperlink. As part of the message body I want to insert a hyperlink to another Excel workbook whose name includes spaces. I believe that I therefore need to send the message in HTML format rather than plain text. I know the user could format the message manually when it's displayed for sending but I was looking for a way of doing it within the code.

Thanks for any suggestions.

Couldn't you just the spaces in the name with %20 in the link?

Already tried that but the received message has spaces back in.
