Protect buttons on a customised normal.dot template

Hey

i was wondering if someone could help me. I have customised a Normal.dot template for mu users. As part of customising this template i have included extra buttons on the Microsoft Word Toolbar. Is there any way i could protect these. Currently one of my users can go into Microsoft Word on their machine and click Tools, Customize and right click and delete any of these buttons. Is there away to prevent this?

I like my toolbars built with VBA. That way, even if they do get rid of the toolbar, it'll come back when they reopen the file. See the KB article:
