Error: Operation invalid without current index

Hi, I am using MS Access 97.

When I open my database, it shows me my switchboard only as I hide away
all my tables, forms and querys.

Normally, if I need to access the tables or forms to design, I will just unhide.

But now when I unhide, I cannot see any forms, tables and queries. Its empty. Then I receive this error: Operation invalid without current index

Yet, from my switchboard, I still can switch to the forms and see the data.
Any clues on how to solve this error?

I would suggest trying a Compact & repair first and if that doesn't help try creating a New Blank database and Importing everything in to it from your problem one.
