Paragraph vs CR/LF In Cut and Paste

I frequently have to cut and paste text from Outlook messages or Word docs into a memo field on a form. I usually get 2 blank lines in the memo field where there was 1 blank line in the text. This happens with Word's paragraph symbol. Is there a way to stop this?

Have you tried using the Trim function? Trim will remove white space from the beginning and end of a string.
